This website is operated by Novessa Store. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Novessa Store.

By visiting this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.

You may not use our products or website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account, billing, contact and delivery information when placing an order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, materials, specifications, dimensions and images accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen.

Minor variations may occur where they do not materially affect the product’s quality or intended function.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information and selecting the correct product, size, colour and variation before placing an order.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices may be displayed in the customer’s selected or local currency. Currency conversion and final settlement amounts may be determined by Shopify, the payment processor or the customer’s bank.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or duties collected by us will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where any of the following are suspected or identified:

• Fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Stock availability problems
• Payment or verification issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Misuse of the website, promotions or discount codes

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SHIPPING

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–10 business days.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, postal operators, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect addresses and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Novessa Store is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges unless these charges are expressly collected at checkout.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Novessa Store does not generally accept physical product returns. Approved damaged-product claims may qualify for a replacement. Other order-related issues will be reviewed individually and may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website design, branding, text, graphics, photographs and original content belong to Novessa Store or their respective rights holders.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate.

SEVERABILITY
